RentBookKnow who owes rent, which leases end soon and what each property really earns.

RentBook is an Excel landlord tracker. It works out the rent each tenancy should have paid this financial year from its lease dates and due day, compares it with what was received to show arrears, flags leases ending soon, and reports income, expenses, net income and yields for every property.

Made for independent landlords with 1–20 properties. Works with Microsoft Excel 2010 or later.

Questions

What if the rent changes mid-year?

End the old tenancy row on the change date and add a new row with the new rent; both count for the year.

Rent due on the 31st?

It falls on the last day of shorter months automatically.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Email altaitoondev@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. We'll try to fix the problem first; if we can't, you get a full refund through the store you bought from.
